The quality is Export, professional, exactly the same as the players use in the field.

Our Uniforms are 100% personalised products made especially for you, and no one else. We strongly recommend you follow these easy steps:

 1. You must be sure that you have all the information that you need from our Catalogues and photo galleries. If you have any doubts, send us a quick message in the "Question" Form on the homepage. We will reply to you as quickly as possible.

 2. Once you are satisfied with your selection, complete the corresponding Order Form available on this website: Uniforms. Or simply request one from us via Twitter or WhatsApp. 

 3. Once we have received your first communication, we will reply to you by e-mail regarding your information and data to confirm your intended order. If necessary, one of our Representatives will be happy to assist you and answer all you questions (remember to read the rest of our FAQ's answers in this section). We will e-mail you as many times as needed to make sure we get your desired specifications right. An exchange of images with re-touches , and amendment of details (such as numbers, sizes and colours) is common. We are here to help you to get it right. Because of time constraints, we value timely and speedy responses in order to deliver your unique order!

 4. Once the Order is confirmed by you, we will email you our Final Confirmation with an estimated delivery date and the type of payment required.for Uniforms 50% of advanced payment is required. (See Payment and accepted type of payment on this FAQ's section)

 5. An email will be sent to you as soon we have confirmation that your order has arrived in the UK, setting a date for delivery through Royal mail to arrive at your designated UK address.

Once the Order is agreed with us, the Uniforms can take six working weeks to be made to your specifications, plus one week more to arrive in the UK. Another week should be added for domestic delivery to a specified address in the UK by Royal Mail.

For Baseball and Softball Uniforms, the price is reflected in the type: sublimated, closed jersey, or buttoned jersey, embroidered or with american twill.  For example, our most in demand jerseys are for adults, buttoned and twill. Their price is £60 each, everything included (See "What does the price include FAQ, below). This is our most expensive and luxurious jersey, professional quality. The minimum order is 12 pieces for a Jersey or complete sets. The price for children and adults differ.  Extra logos or publicity have an additional cost. After we receive your "Request Form" with your specification, we will reply to you with a Quote.

For Uniforms  , our Price includes design, international shipment through DHL, UK Customs, VAT and delivery to any UK address. The price reflects this total. 

We can process payments through PayPal or by bank transfer. For Uniforms, a deposit of 50% must be paid at the point of ordering; the balance of payment is required once the uniforms arrive in the UK.

Once the final confirmation of the order has been agreed by email, the order will be processed and work begun.  After this point, any request from the client to make changes to the order will incur costs that will be charged back to the client.

Due to the bespoke nature of the order, unless there is an error in the production of the design or a fault in the production, Returns or Refunds are not possible.  In the unusual case of an issue with the quality, every effort will be made to address the problem to the client's satisfaction.
